Mechanical Technician (Expert Level)
Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary. Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems. Responsible for troubleshooting maintenance work activities for all production machines: WTU, Mixing, Processing, Filling, Labelling and Packing. Performs all mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities during unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimum cost. Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
