Interior Designer An Office Furniture & Interior design Company is looking for an Interior Design – Specifier, Applicant from Kuwait only and has Kuwait residency. This position is responsible for the oversees the design and decorative process for both working and living areas from start to finish. Their main duties include sketching various design plans, determining costs for different projects and sourcing materials and products for the designs. Key responsibilities * Selection of furniture, and documentation of the specification. * Order Furniture from Main supplier & selecting manufacturers. * Provide detailed, accurate and organized specifications. * Generate layouts 2D, typical, 3Ds, renderings, etc.. * Verify and check drawings and bill of materials for accuracy. •Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations. * Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. * Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests. * Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities. * Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation. * Provides follow-up support with customers. * Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers. Qualifications * Bachelor Degree in Interior Design * Proficient in AutoCAD, 3 DMAX, V-Ray, MS Office * Able and willing to learn new software.
